Elmer's Great North Parade 2019
In 2019, I took part in my first ever art trail! Being a part of this art trail in association with St. Oswald's Hospice and WildinArt was an amazing experience. I was a little overwhelmed when first receiving a blank Elmer and having a stack of paints in front of me when I was used to just pencils! Never-the-less, I wanted my Elmer to represent some of the amazing native wildlife we have in this country, from Hedgehogs and Badgers to the Little Blue Butterfly and Bumblebees. I'm so pleased with how she turned out. Elm Tree is now at her permanent home at 'The Little Playhouse' in Sunderland.
